Items in stock are delivered within 3-5 business days in the USA.
All of our orders are made-to-order and crafted with exceptional quality. As a result, standard orders may take 15 to 21 business days, and high-complexity custom orders may take up to 25 business days. If you need the item by a specific date, please contact us to discuss the possibility of expediting the order. Please note that our return policy goes into effect once you receive your item.

Our Return Policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Returned merchandise must be in its original condition: unworn, undamaged, and unaltered. Items prepared for return shipment must be insured, securely wrapped in their original packaging, and accompanied by all product documentation. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to be processed. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately upon receipt. All returns, exchanges, and canceled orders are subject to a 4.5% transaction fee. International orders are subject to a $200 restocking fee and any applicable export/import taxes or fees. Customers are responsible for all import fees on international orders. Giliarto LLC is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged return shipments. Expedited shipping costs are non-refundable.

Proper Timing
Items may be returned or exchanged if postmarked within 7 days of receiving the item. -
Use Appropriate Packaging
Please return items in their original packaging, with all paperwork (instructions, warranties, diamond certificates, etc.) included. If diamonds are returned without a certificate, a $250 replacement fee will apply. -
Insure Your Package
For your protection, we recommend insuring all returned items.- Orders $500 or Less: Shipments can be sent via any carrier.
- Orders Over $500: Please use a secure carrier and ensure full insurance.
Non-Refundable Items
Special orders, engraved jewelry, eternity bands, and tension rings cannot be returned or exchanged. Uninsured, improperly packed items or those missing documentation will not be accepted. Giliarto LLC does not accept C.O.D. shipments and will not cover unauthorized shipping expenses.
Shipping Charges
All return shipping and insurance fees are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. Items must be shipped via FedEx or UPS (overnight or 2-day), fully insured, and with Delivery Confirmation (tracking and proof of shipment).
Order Cancellation or Changes
Cancellations and changes to orders are allowed up to the shipping date. Special orders and shipped items cannot be changed or canceled. Please contact us if you need assistance with an order that has already shipped.
